BastionX is an integrative prediction system to comprehensively identify each type of secreted substrates in Gram-negative bacteria. By taking advantages of existing research and overcoming their shortcomings, BastionX differentiates itself from previous toolkits by three noticeable contributions, aiming at bridging the gap between computational method and practical application.
